Who operates this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how EV RYDZ LLC, a company organized in the United States at 336 N 3325 W, Cedar City - 84720-8110, United States (US), collects, uses and protects personal information in connection with the EVRydz fleet shuttle and ride booking service. The web platform and dispatch tools that support the service were developed by EVRydz, the developer operation behind this site and its online booking desk. Those teams act together as the data controller for the personal information described here.
When you use this website, request a shuttle, open a corporate account, or telephone the dispatch line, you place a set of personal details with EV RYDZ LLC. This policy is your plain language record of what happens to those details, who can see them, why they are needed and the choices you have. Reading it before you share information is the simplest way to stay in control.
Information we collect
We collect only the information that a practical fleet service needs. Contact details come first. That includes your full name, a working email address, a telephone number if you give one, and the company name when you act for an employer. When you book a ride we add trip information such as the pickup address, the destination, the date and the number of riders. For an airport transfer we ask for the flight number so a shuttle can wait correctly. For a corporate account we keep billing and invoicing details, including a postal or delivery address and the reference of the account.
We may gather limited technical data as your browser talks to the site, such as the pages you visit, the type of device, and broad location nearest to the server. That sort of data never tells us your street address on its own. We do not collect your driving licence number or your passport details except when a specific event or airport booking genuinely requires a verification step, and we always say so at the time.
How we collect information
Most of the information we hold is information you decide to send us. You type your name into a booking request, you share an email on the contact form, you explain a route over the telephone, or you authorize an operations manager to add your workplace to a fleet account. In each case the collection begins with an action you take, and we keep only the details needed to complete that action.
We also collect information automatically in a limited way. The website records standard server logs that note which pages loaded and roughly when, and we may set a small cookie to remember whether your menu is open. Emails you address to update@evrydz.mom arrive in our dispatch inbox and let us see your address, subject line and the body you wrote. Telephone calls to +17655718978 may be logged with the time and call purpose for service safety. We never harvest information from public databases or buy third party marketing lists to pad out your record.
How we use your information
Your information does real work here, and it is work you asked for. We use contact details to respond to a request, to send a confirmation of a booking, to update you if a shuttle time changes, and to deliver the service you reserved. Trip information lets the dispatcher plot the route, assign the driver and charge the correct vehicle so it arrives with a full cell. Billing information keeps a clean ledger for corporate accounts and sends a correct invoice to the right finance desk.
The same details support a few support tasks around the main job, such as detecting a passenger who asks for help at a pickup point, holding a seat that was reserved by mistake, and resolving a complaint about a late arrival with the facts on record. We may use an anonymized summary of trip counts to decide where a depot should add capacity, but that summary never carries your name or address. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not advertise to you using data taken from another merchant.
Legal grounds for processing
We process your information on clear, defensible grounds. The first and principal ground is that processing is necessary to perform the contract we hold with you. When you book a shuttle you enter an agreement for transport, and we cannot move you without your name, your pickup point and your way to be reached. When a company opens a fleet account the same contract logic attaches to the account itself.
Beyond the contract we rely on legitimate interest for a small set of administrative tasks, such as keeping internal records and auditing a safety report. Where a legal rule demands that we hold proof of a transaction, such as an invoicing record for tax, we process because the law requires it. Where we ever ask for a genuinely optional detail, such as a meal preference on a long event booking, we do so only with your consent and you can step back at any time without losing the core shuttle service.
Sharing and disclosure
EVRydz and EV RYDZ LLC keep your information inside a tight ring of staff who run the fleet. Only the dispatchers, the drivers on your route and the billing clerk see the details that each of them needs, and each sees no more than the minimum. We share your name and pickup point with the specific driver who runs your shuttle so that person can find you at the curb. We do not, for example, hand your payment history to that driver.
We disclose information outside that ring only in narrow, lawful situations: to comply with a court order or a lawful request from an authority; to protect the safety of a passenger or the public when a situation demands urgent action; or to defend a legal claim where records are genuinely relevant. If EV RYDZ LLC is ever involved in a merger or a transfer of the company, the records supporting the service would pass to the successor only under the same promises made in this policy.
Service providers and processors
No company runs a booking desk with bare hands alone. We use a small number of carefully chosen processors that carry out named tasks on legal instructions from us. A web host stores the pages you read. An email provider carries messages sent to and from update@evrydz.mom. A calendar and scheduling tool helps the dispatcher place rides on the board. A telephone service carries the ready room line at +17655718978. Each of these processors is bound by contract to use personal data only for the task we set and to keep it secure.
We review these providers on a sensible cycle and replace any that cannot meet our security standard. Appointments and shuttle scheduling can live on software that sits on rented servers, but the contract protects your data wherever that server happens to be, as set out in the cross border section of this policy. We will name a provider or ask for a copy of the privacy notice it follows if you write to us and the request is reasonable.
Cookies and similar technology
This website is intentionally light on cookies. We do not run third party advertising trackers, and we do not follow you across unrelated sites to build a profile for sale. The only cookie we rely on is a small technical cookie that remembers the mobile menu state so your visit feels smooth, and it carries no personal identity beyond what the session itself needs.
Server logs record the pages that load and the general time of a request, purely so we can keep the site reliable and spot a fault. If your browser is set to block cookies the site still works, because the page itself requires no cookie to display. Clearing cookies only resets your in site preferences and never removes a booking you have already confirmed by email.
How we protect your data
Transport data deserves a serious guard, because a wrong journey can affect a whole day. Access to booking and billing records is limited to named staff through individual logins, and each staff account requests only the records that its role requires. Financial information travels over encrypted connections, and the depot network follows standard firewall and password rules so a shuttle record does not wander onto an open bench.
The humans matter more than the hardware. Every dispatcher and driver receives a briefing on handling personal information before they are given access, and we treat a privacy slip with the same seriousness as a safety incident. Records are backed up against loss, and the backup copy enjoys the same access rules as the live copy. If we ever suspect that data has been exposed, we investigate promptly and, where the law obliges us, we tell the affected riders without delay.
How long we keep your data
We delete personal information as soon as the reason to hold it has gone. A single airport transfer is active only for the hours of the ride, and once the passenger is dropped the live booking record is retired. Behind that we keep a working record for a short window so a follow up question about a late shuttle can still be answered with facts, usually no longer than ninety days for a one off ride.
Some categories must live longer because law or fairness demands it. Billing and invoice records for corporate accounts are held for the period required by tax rules, and a report of a safety or liability matter may be retained longer so a claim can be defended honestly. When the lawful reason expires the detail is removed or anonymized, which means the name is stripped away and the numbers alone are kept for future planning.
Your rights and choices
You hold real rights over your own information, and exercising one costs nothing. You can ask for a copy of the personal data EV RYDZ LLC holds about you, request that an error in your record be corrected, ask us to delete records we no longer have a lawful reason to keep, and object to a use you believe is unfair. Where processing relies on consent you can withdraw that consent at any time with a simple message.
To act on any of these rights, write to update@evrydz.mom or call +17655718978 and tell us which right you want to use and which booking or account it concerns. We aim to answer every request within thirty days and, where we cannot act, we will explain the lawful reason in plain words. Nobody ever loses the right to raise a concern with the responsible authority because they asked us first.
Privacy for Children
Fleet service is an adult purchase, and our booking tools are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of sixteen through this website. A child riding as a passenger on a shuttle is covered by the booking of the adult or company that arranges the transport, and we hold no independent profile for that child.
If we learn that a child under the relevant age has given us personal data without a parent or guardian holding the booking, we will delete the record as soon as the matter comes to light. A parent or guardian who has a question about a record, or who believes it may involve a child, should contact update@evrydz.mom and the office will handle it promptly and respectfully.
Email and communications
Emails are the backbone of the depot desk, so we treat the inbox with care. The address update@evrydz.mom is the single route for a booking, a question or an account request, and the messages we send from it carry only service facts: a confirmation number, a changed pickup time, an invoice, or an answer to a question you asked. We do not flood the address with promotional mail.
As a rule we send what the journey needs and little else. A corporate account may receive a short monthly note with a stay of accounts when an invoice is due, because that note serves the contract between us. When we do want to share a genuinely optional service update that goes beyond your booking, we ask you first and you can decline without affecting the shuttle. You can ask to leave our mailing list at any moment by one short line to the same address.
Payment and billing data
Money records and travel records are handled apart, because they answer to different rules. When you pay for a single shuttle, the payment goes through a secure processing service and EV RYDZ LLC does not store your full card number on its own servers. What we keep is the proof of the transaction, such as a receipt reference, the amount and the date, which lets us answer a billing question and meet accounting law.
Corporate accounts run on invoices rather than per ride card taps, so we hold a business billing address and a contact for the finance desk. That contact information is used to raise and deliver the invoice and to chase an overdue account where the contract allows. CVV codes and security numbers are never stored at all, at any point, and we will never ask you to send a full card number by plain email.
Location and trip data
A shuttle is a journey, so location sits at the heart of the data we hold. We collect the pickup and drop off addresses you book, the date and time of the ride, and the route points entered on the dispatch board so a driver has a clear line and a rider has an honest arrival estimate. This detail is precisely what makes the service run and it is treated as sensitive company record.
We do not stream your live phone location to the office in the background of a normal ride; location sharing is arranged only where a specific escorted transfer requires it and we agree it with you first. Drivers may log the odometer and the charge level of a shuttle at each stop, which gives the fleet a charging picture without touching a passenger name. Location history for a corporate account is kept only as long as the account needs it for reconciliation.
Third party links
This website and its emails may point to pages run outside our control, such as a map service for an address or the platform of a partner venue. When you follow that link you leave the EVRydz site and enter a place with its own privacy rules, over which EV RYDZ LLC has no command. We cannot answer for how another company collects or uses details once you have travelled there.
Our advice is to treat every external site as a separate trust decision. Read the privacy policy or data notice of that site before you share personal details with it, because those rules are nothing to do with this policy. A link on our page does not mean we endorse the privacy practices of the destination, and we will never hand your booking details to a third party map or venue without it being part of the service you asked for.
Cross border transfers
EV RYDZ LLC is based in the United States, at the Cedar City address on this policy, and the records that drive the depot are normally held inside the country where the service runs. Some of our processors, such as web or email service providers, may route a small share of data outside your home country as part of the ordinary operation of the internet.
Where your data passes across a border we keep the same standards on the far side. Each processor contract demands a level of security that matches the protection described here, and where a stronger legal rule applies we rely on recognised safeguards so the transfer has a sound legal base. If you want to know which mechanism supports a particular transfer, write to the dispatch desk and we will explain the arrangement for the service you use.
Connecticut and Utah state law
Our principal operations sit in Utah while the website serves riders and businesses across several states, so this policy respects the consumer data privacy laws of the states where our users live. Residents of states with a data privacy statute, such as those in Connecticut and Utah, are granted the rights those laws describe, including the right to access, correct, delete and opt out of the sale of personal data. EV RYDZ LLC does not sell personal information, so there is nothing to buy out of on that front.
A resident who believes a request under state law has not been honoured may also appeal by writing to update@evrydz.mom, and our team will review the decision fairly and answer within the window the state gives us. Nothing in a state right reduced the everyday choices in Section 11, and the two sets of rules work together in your favor rather than against it.
Changes to this policy
The fleet business grows, and this policy grows with it. We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect a change in the service, a new processor, or a fresh legal rule, and the latest version will always sit on this page between the address of EV RYDZ LLC and the contact desk. We will update the effective date at the top of the policy whenever we change it.
When a revision changes the way your existing data is used in a material sense, we will give notice through the contact method we hold for you, such as the address on a corporate account or points of contact already on file. Continued use of the service after a change to the policy tells us you are comfortable with the new words. If you are not, stop sending new bookings and ask us to retire your records as set out in Section 10 and Section 11.
Contacting the data controller
The data controller for the information described in this policy is EV RYDZ LLC, at 336 N 3325 W, Cedar City - 84720-8110, United States (US). The easiest way to reach the controller on any privacy matter is by email to update@evrydz.mom or by telephone to +17655718978. Please say that your message concerns a privacy matter so the office routes it to the staff member who answers privacy, not a shuttle dispatch queue.
We will treat every privacy inquiry with the same dispatch as a booking. If you ask for a copy of your data, a correction or a deletion, we will confirm what we have done and when. If you remain unhappy after we answer, you always have the right to raise a complaint with the responsible data protection authority in your state or country, and we will cooperate honestly with any lawful review of our handling.
